4 Purpose of personal data processing

The register collects information that is necessary to manage the customer relationship, including invoicing.

5 Data content of the register

Private customer information: Name, address, phone number, email address. Business customer information: Company name, Y-ID, delivery address, billing address, payment terms, contact person's name, phone number, e-mail.

Other customer information: discounts, deliveries, invoicing, complaints, warranty matters and other commercial information.

6 Regular sources of information

The data content of the register is collected at different stages of the customer relationship life cycle.

7 Regular transfers of information

Information will not be passed on.

8 Data transfer outside the EU or EEA

Information is not transferred outside the EU or the EEA.

9 Principles of registry protection

A Manual material 

If manual data is received in the register or it is printed, it is stored in a locked state. Unnecessary manual material is disposed of securely in compliance with the decisions and instructions given on data retention.

B Information processed by ADP

The information is collected in databases that are protected by firewalls, passwords or other technical means. The databases and their backups are located in locked rooms and only certain pre-designated persons can access the data.

10 Right of inspection

According to Section 29 of Personal Data Act, the registered person has the right to check his information in the register. The request is addressed to the party in section 2.

11 The right to demand correction of information

According to Section 30 of Personal Data Act, the registered person has the right to demand the correction of incorrect information about himself in the register. The request is addressed to the party in section 2.

12 Deleting data

The personal data recorded in the register is reviewed regularly and the data is deleted when there is no legal basis for keeping it.
